Returns
We do not refund items that are the wrong size, colour, "clearance or sale items" or where you simply change your mind. Should sale items be refunded if the sale price is less than the original purchase price you will be refunded this price.Refunds are given as a store credit. However, Eco Mums and Bubs will ONLY process refunds based on the rules of consumer right from the Treasury of the Australian Government.Due to the nature of most of our items , we will not and cannot refund used/washed items.
Shipping, Handling and other fees are NOT refundable on any types of items, unless the item is not available prior to any shipping. We reserve the right to charge a 20% administration and processing fee.Return shipping for swaps or repairs is at the customers expense, please ensure that a return post satchel is included with your parcel, otherwise we cannot return your items. We will keep items sent without return postage for 3 weeks for pick up from our store front before disposing of the item. Reshipping costs are the customers expense except where the error is ours if the wrong item is sent, then we will pay the return shipping back to you with the right goods.
All returns need to be received within 14 days of dispatch. Returns after this date will not be accepted, without consultation,unless items are covered by warranty.
Shipping of items for repair (ie snaps) is at the expense of the customer both ways. Returned items must include a self addressed returned prepaid satchel. Items returned that do not include return postage will be unable to be sent back. All nappies/bedwetter pants ( Cheeky Butts, Smarty Pants, Cheeky Bits , Widdle Bumz and Cheeky Tots brands only) carry a 21 day warranty from time of purchase.
We will at our discretion repair or replace a faulty item within this time as long as it is a fault and not wear and tear or misuse of the product. Items must be sterile and cleaned or we will not touch them. Any repairs required on items after this time will need to be processed on an individual basis. We strive to provide a high quality item, quality control is very important to us. All other items need to be returned to the manufacturer or distributor of these items for repair or replacement.Other terms and conditions as agreed at purchase.
How to return items:
Carefully inspect the items you are returning to check for any marks, rips/tears or bad smells (including food and cigarette smoke). Should any of the items display any of these signs, unfortunately your refund request will be refused.
After inspecting the items, safely package them in a waterproof satchel , along with your purchase receipt, and a note CLEARLY detailing:
Your name, address, email address and phone number
The items you are returning
Your order number for reference
The reason you are returning the items
Please remember, all costs associated with postage to send the items back to us is your responsibility. We recommend sending your items by trackable mail (registered),as we are not responsible for refunding items should your parcel go missing in shipping. Our address is:
