Shipping & Returns

All items are sent through Australia Post, where possible we use Couriers Please. International customers please be aware that the shopping cart doesn't always calculate correctly. An updated invoice with your postage details will be in your account and you will be notified by an email update, this will let you know to check your account for the new details

Once Payment has been received your items will be processed and packed then sent for shipping.

All items not using registered insured post are at the buyers risk, and are not covered by any insurances, nor are they trackable. We accept no responsibility for unregistered or express parcels, as even express parcels are not always scanned.

Shipping Insurance can be added during checkout, this adds the registered option to your parcel, as well as insurance to the value of your items, should a claim be neccesary. Without registered and insured, a parcel that goes missing cannot be tracked.

Free shipping and table rate shipping is via the cheapest method available. If you wish to use insured postage please chose this option.


We recommend insurance as Australia Post offers a very good shipping service but is not perfect. Our experience shows that about 1 out of 200 packages may go missing and we are sorry to say we cannot be responsible. Once the item is shipped, we do not take any liability for damage or items lost in the post system.

If a registered parcel goes missing and compensation is received on a registered parcel the compensation will be passed onto you, to reorder your items. Unfortunately this is all we are able to do.

All orders are packed once or twice a per week usually on a Monday and posted on a Tuesday and ,or packed on a Thursday and Posted Friday, due to family commitments this can be delayed, you will be notified via store email when packing/posting/delivery occurs. You will recieve this update on the day your order is packed for delivery. While we do try to post more often it is not always possible, and there may be a delay at times of up to a week.

Orders with items that are on backorder or not instock yet, will have the shipment held until all items are available. Be sure to check the availability dates on each item before ordering to prevent dissapointment.

We do Post internationally on a weekly basis.
